Our organization coordinates and supports the logistical process for H-2B workers to ensure they are able to move safely, legally, and efficiently through each stage of the program, from recruitment to return home.
Once workers are selected, we assist with local transportation from their home communities to our office for orientation, documentation review, and preparation related to the H-2B process. When required, we also coordinate transportation between our office and the U.S. Embassy or Consulate for visa interviews and related appointments, as well as return transportation back to their home after the interview process is completed.
When an H-2B petition is approved and the job start date is confirmed, we help coordinate transportation to the airport to ensure workers can travel on time and without unnecessary hardship. Upon completion of their authorized temporary employment in the United States, workers are assisted with return travel arrangements, allowing them to safely and timely return to their home country in compliance with H-2B program requirements.
Our goal is to reduce logistical barriers for workers while supporting employers with a smooth, organized, and compliant process. All transportation coordination is conducted in accordance with applicable H-2B regulations, employer obligations, and government guidelines, with the understanding that final travel terms and reimbursements are governed by federal program rules and employer responsibility.
